A Winter Solstice ritual honoring the longest night of the year. In the quiet glow of candlelight, we descend into stillness, reflect on what we’re ready to release, and plant seeds for the light’s return.
Through breathwork, journaling, and a guided release ceremony, we honor the fertile darkness as a place of rest, renewal, and rebirth.
